In his fourth and final year of his entry level contract, Boston Bruins‘ 1st round pick in the 2007 draft (#8 overall) center/left wing Zach Hamill(9) is finding his game and answering the call.
In 3 NHL games this season he’s had two rather nice assists. In 7 games over three seasons, he has yet to light the lamp but give him some more games this year and that’s almost a sure thing to happen.
I have the theory that at this point the team is just trying to showcase him as much as possible and he will be used as trade bait. It’s doubtful the Bruins‘ organization will hold onto him for a fifth season.
